Terms of Use
1. Who we are
astralsever.com (the “Site”) is operated by Everreach Labs, Inc. (“Everreach Labs”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation with a registered address at 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Suite B #1255, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. Everreach Labs is the developer and publisher of Astral Sever.

2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. The Site is promotional, and the game is in development
The Site exists to present Astral Sever, a game currently in development. Everything shown — features, systems, artwork, operators, items, prices, statistics and interface — is work in progress and subject to change or removal at any time. Nothing on the Site is a promise that any particular feature will appear in the released game, or that the game will be released at all.
Any in-game economy, currency, item or store shown on the Site is a visual preview only. Nothing on the Site is offered for sale, no purchase can be made through the Site, and no real currency or real payment is involved anywhere on it.
4. No accounts, no purchases, no user content
The Site does not offer accounts, logins or checkout. It does not accept user-submitted content. Where the Site invites you to wishlist or follow the game, it links out to third-party storefronts and platforms; anything you do there is governed by that platform's own terms, not these.
5. Intellectual property
Astral Sever, the Astral Sever name and logo, and all artwork, characters, text, audio, video, interface designs and other material on the Site are owned by Everreach Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may:
- view and share links to the Site;
- use screenshots, artwork and video from the Site in news coverage, reviews, streams, videos and other commentary about the game, with attribution to Astral Sever / Everreach Labs.
You may not:
- present our material as your own, or use it to imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist;
- use it in connection with NFTs, blockchain assets, or AI training datasets;
- sell or licence our material, or use it on merchandise;
- modify our logo or brand assets, or use them in a misleading way;
- copy substantial parts of the Site to build a competing or imitative site.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or its security;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems;
- scrape, crawl or harvest from the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or that ignores our robots.txt;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third parties including Steam, the Epic Games Store, Discord and X. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
8. Privacy and analytics
The Site uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use advertising cookies and does not sell personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and why, and forms part of these terms.
9. Availability
We provide the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Site and its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everreach Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes those rights.
